这是露出水面的佛头遗迹（1月8日摄）。 2016年底，位于江西省抚州市南城县的洪门水库水位显著降低，一尊佛头和一些被淹没的遗迹浮出水面。 考古 专家根据露出水面的佛头造型，初步判断为明代佛像；崖壁凿刻痕迹中有一些方形的孔，说明此处可 能曾建有庙宇 。目前，国家文物局水下文化遗产保护中心专业考古队正在对洪门水库摩崖造像周围水域进行水下考 古探测。新华 社记者 万象 摄
