This is so regardless of ISP, I had tried 2 different ISP same results.
If you by pass SG censorship using proxies you can see the fresh news from xinhuanet.com
The alternative domain name (same contents) however is not frozen.

Comparing the 2 sites usually will see identical contents just alike sammyboy.com and singsupplies.com however now one is stale old contents the other is fresh.
So SG51 is playing some Cold War Games with PRC!
