does it affect all guys? no matter how busy u are, if about two to three weeks never release your load, emotionally u can be rather 'irritable and tensed' ..

i think this is human nature. We need release at some times. It does affect the mood swing etc. For me, i think once a week is a must. lol. PCC helps, but still need actual action. Too much PCC also will be cranky.lol
