Dear brothers and sisters
it is strange that PAP sings Foreign Talent songs but our High Court strictly bar Queen Counsel in Singapore.
Why ah? why PAP one sided rule only ah? allow Foreign Talents but ban QC? what is there to scare?
The High Court has clarified that a Queen's Counsel will be admitted here only when needed to argue complex cases beyond the competence of local lawyers.
