Monsoon season to start in late Novmember
MSS and PUB added that there may also be two to four episodes of monsoon surges – periods of prolonged, widespread, moderate to heavy rain lasting between two and five days, occasional windy conditions and cooler temperatures in Singapore and the surrounding vicinity.
