A bit of a belated FR, but better late than never...

Rachel's a fair-skiined local chinese girl, sports medium-length black hair, has a pleasant face with smallish eyes and a cheery desposition (no mean feat given her run of bad luck in her day job). Vital stats as provided by the threadstarter look accurate enough.
