Stomper Leong was heartened when he saw a man bend down to tie his girlfriend's shoelaces at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Market and Food Center today (Aug 24).
Despite the food centre being crowded during the busy lunch hour, the guy did not seem self-conscious about carrying out this sweet gesture.
Said the Stomper:
"They were about to leave when the guy got up to tie his girlfriend's laces.
"From what I could see, her laces were not undone but maybe he just wanted to make sure that they would not come loose later and that she could walk more comfortably.
"What a very tender loving boyfriend."
Stomp has reported on chivalrous guys going the extra mile for their girlfriends before.
