An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
PM said this with a straight face in a speech at the Institute of Engineers IES golden Jubilee dinner.So we lost our engineering edge over the years - whose fault was it?? We were the 4 fearsome economic tigers, we had the best systems, best infrastructure ...etc. Now we can't even run our subway properly and our lifts r killing us one by one! Whose fault ??
