Hotel booking

i've been finding around but can't seems to find thread anymore.

As we know that booking hotel rooms for transit needs 2 i.c but i'm trying to find hotel that doesn't require 2 i.c. Is there still such hotel ard? few years back went to chinatown and found 1, rates at 3hr 70.
