An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Just got back from lunch with a schoolmate, secondary school to be exact.....how time flies.
Told me he is "retired" now.....doing some day trading and stuff....a bit sketchy on the details, but if he do not want to reveal, don't need to probe.
Anyway, was talking and asked him on about the recent Hyflux offering, of 6%....he say why don't consider Asian Pay TV Trust......he was mentioning payout of 0.065 to 0.07 dividend/ year with price now at 0.575 or 0.58, 11% to 12%. Understand the share listed at 0.97.
Thinking of buying this APTT, with such an attractive payout......
Sorry bros, not very financial savvy.....any good advice is appreciated.
