Last time, when i was working in Alstom Transport, they always emphasize safety. why when it come to this accident where 2 precious young lives were lost, they have all gone silent! this is unacceptable! seemingly, cronies of the same feather flock together, trying to cover each other backside again huh... argh ptui!!!:oIo:
SMRT concludes investigation into accident that led to death of two staff members
Critical safety procedures were not followed when the accident which led to the death of two SMRT maintenance staff members happened SMRT said on Monday (April 25) after completing its investigations into the mishap near Pasir Ris MRT Station on March 22.
