Bro some TCM clinics provide massage which they called 推拿，nothing wrong or illegal about it. I have been going and receiving treatment lately from TCM massage Doctor. They are both China and SGP registered TCM Doctors, at least the one i visited are!

I get what you mean now. She doesn't do prescriptions or acupuncture. Cos she not licensed in Singapore. So she only do massage and recommend treatments and diets etc
