Went to RS a couple of times for the past few months. It was recommended to me by the manager at BS cos that time we went down BS it was full packed. Place is very nice and clean but not much customers. Girls at RS are almost the same bunch everytime i go there. 80% are mostly from vietnam. PRC make up the rest of the 20%. Past few times was disappointed because my friends insisted on PRC girls. Mostly big boobs but cannot touch. Just sit down and chat with you. At most let u rubba thighs.

Then we suggested we focus our attention on viet girls instead. I must say, WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! The last 2 outing was damn solid. For bros on budget constraint, this is the place to go, but only for the viet girls. Most cannot speak Chinese or English well, so far i only met one with reasonable good Chinese. Her name is Ah tham. The rest you can only use body language or very simple English.

Bro Shuang Jie Gun is kinda right, RS serve as a back up plan if there's nowhere else to go. Dont' expect too much from the looks department. Figure wise is still acceptable. Concept is exactly the same as BS. Tipping system same.

Here's a tip for any bros out there who wanna go down to RS and check it out. There's a white hair old man always sitting inside the empty room besides the counter. He's the girl's manager. If you find that there are not enough girls, complain to him. Within 1/2 an hr, you will find a whole new bunch of girls coming in. It's not that there are no girls at RS, just that this manager is plain LAZY to ask the girls to come! He needs "motivation", which is complain from customers.

the fact is that not much customers due to lack of quality gals and at times even comprising on quantity which i feel is equally important thou quality matters more to me.if u ask me i wont bother to try to go "complain",i would just move on,nowadays we as consumers are spoilt for choices,need not hv to go thru all these hassle de.;)

Bro, had the exact same experience all the time. PRC only know how to squeeze in when you are having fun. I ban them all. Alice just went back to viet. She say she'll be back early november.

I went with 2 bros to RS yesterday. Quite alot of viet cong to fight, some SYT and can play. Very few PRC, cannot play, and not very pretty.

We chose the small room 138nett with two plates of fruits, 4 jug of beer.

i like this place too, those who are not there to drink can just order one jug, small room think only 78 or 88 for HH. from 3pm to 8pm. the viet there all commandoes! usually never wear bra, there biz is bad and sometime will sit with u whole day! but many of them will leave around 6 to go other higher class ktv (those with mummy ones)

just to add, happy hour about 3-8pm, standard hour 8pm-1am(not that sure, i stay till 12+ then waitress come in to ask for last order). if just order one jug small room is $88 for night time.

Its a nice cosy place with hidden gems at times. When it was still operating at the back lane in syed alwi, still got a few chinese malaysian gals with superb looks.

1) For a small room catering to 3-4 persons, they still charged us for room charge and fruits at $90!!!!!
2) The bottle balance must be finished by your second visit, or else you must bring your bottle home; cannot leave there anymore.

WTF, charge for room and fruits at $90 and still forced us to finish the bottle balance, even though the bottle is only two weeks old there. Think this place must be doing so well to charge us this way. Definitely no more RTF to buy hard liquor cos not worth it at all.
