Dear brothers and sisters,
I find it strange, why police never arrest any SMRT staffs for criminal negligence for causing the death of 2 SMRT malay abang?
imagine if a reckless driver who never follow procedure and killed 2 pedestrians, in this case, police would move in and arrest the reckless driver and charge him in court.
however, why no similar rule applied on SMRT?
is SMRT exempted from criminal negligence law?
