Of the several operatives sent out to locate him, one has reported that said individual has been located within their vicinity for some time now and is now in surveillance mode as we speak.
FR mentions that even one has been masturbating to pics of him wearing that skin tight suit looking like a "cute little pinky sperm". FR does not mention gender of this person nor if quarry has been physically harmed.
Currently negotiating conditions of "release" of info on the quarry for "final dispositioning".
