Punani may refer to:
"Punany" was first used in India. In the Kama Sutra the word is used refer to the female genitalia, and commonly used in north India. Indian workers in the Caribbean in the early 20th century passed their vernacular on to the locals (which include words like "Ganja").
Jamaican Patois term for the vagina or vulva.
Hawaiian slang for vagina or vulva, derived from the Hawaiian word "puanani" meaning "beautiful flower".
