An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Will she be worth more if HDB is absorbed by Temasek? I've noticed fancy names given to clusters of HDB blocks? Will they be semi privatized in the near future? Simple affair of building a wall around them and putting a guardhouse with a sleeping guard and building a 3 meter square bird pond for a swimming pool and voila! you have a condo.
