A.S.S fabricating evidence attacking Bukit Panjang Town Council of not doing their work of clearing rubbish at a lift lobby?
Look at the photo carefully. How is it possible for tissue paper,newspapers and plastic bags to be left there so neatly for a week without being blown off by the wind/breeze?
Bluff who ... how can papers stay there for 7 days ....
