Pappies often like to boast first class this and first class that in sinkie land but totally hopeless in punishing hoods, scumbags, ruffians and rogues effectively and harshly. All civil servants must be protected from harm when discharging their duties. The stupid judge is blind to this simple fact.
The criminal was punished lightly like an novice to crime although he got a string of criminal records longer than the elephant's cock. He hantam a woman and on top of that, that woman was only a civil servant doing her job.
Why no caning? If caned, the caning might cure the hood to get rid of his seow attitude and until then, he will still think sinkie land is a bush land where his fists speak louder than civility.
Although he could not be caned due to his age, he should be given a sentence to keep him locked up for long haul.
