Dear Sir:

COMPLAINT AGAINST Cxxxx Ryyyyy, 1 PARK ROAD # ? PEOPLE’S PARK COMPLEX SINGAPORE 0591

Furher to the complaint against C...... EA date xx/zz/14 regarding over-charging of FDW xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx, I submitted another case of over-charging by same EA.

Attached please find self-explanatory letter (dated vv/dd13)written to above-named recalcitrant FDW EA relating to over-charging of recruitment fee and pro-rated insurance premium and maid levy totaling $280. Despite numerous reminders, including a registered letter, there was NO response. Also phonecalls were ignored.

Please note that documents issued by Cxxxx, hence evidence, clearly pointed to excess recruitment fee of $90 ($1000-900) charged against FDW L P P by EA by virtue of the fact that FDW Lexx 8888888888888888888888888888

Kindly take immediate action to help the named person recover the long overdue sum soonest as Cxxxx has continue to ignore the due process.

Yours truly
