Hahahahaha, highest paid Million $ Ministers like the dumb cunt Josephine Teo, got so much time on their hands, they can spend it looking into imposing speed limits on bicyclists in the public parks? One 3 year old boy got langar by bike and ended up with chip tooth is now the focus of a Minister's investigation into imposing speed limits? Hey Josephine, accidents happen all the time. Why don't the dumb cunt impose 5kph speed limit on all roads in Singapore, then there will be even less car accidents and injuries/deaths, right? Really, pay these fucking Ministers all these money and they just shake leg, nothing better to do.
Parliament: Govt looking into speed limits for cyclists on park connectors
SINGAPORE - The authorities are looking into whether to impose speed limits for cyclists on park connectors, Senior Minister of State for Transport Josephine Teo said on Friday (Jan 29).
A committee headed by Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Parliamentary Secretary for Education and Social and Family Development, will look into the issue.
Mrs Teo revealed this in a reply to Jurong GRC MP Tan Wu Meng's question in Parliament on measures to protect vulnerable people on footpaths such as children and the elderly.
The question was prompted by a recent incident of a cyclist crashing into a three-year-old boy at the Sungei Serangoon Park Connector.
The child lost a tooth, and suffered from a torn lip, a cut on his chin and abrasions on his head and knee. His parents shared the incident online and it went viral.
A police report was lodged.
