Met this insurance agent who is a syt at that time. I wasn't really keen to buy anything from her but just listen to see what are the new products in the market.

I rem my agent told me she receive 30% of my premium for first year. I bought a product at $300+/month. That makes it only about $1k a year for her cut. If all agent needs to open leg for $1k sales, they are better off doing a FL. Cut the chase and higher profit.

Of cos, if u belong to a high net value guy, maybe u got the chance. But how many of us belong to this value?

If have extra cash, invest in business and property assets n not property liabilities and buy physical Gold and Silver. Never never buy paper metals.

Sometimes when one gets to advance with tech, they forget about the basic fundemental rules.
