Give a scenario here.
Say Mr A shouted at his next-door neighbour's wife calling his neighbour's wife is a prostitute whore.
At that time Mr A's neigbour, a married couple heard this loud and clear but both the husband and wife did not respond.
So what's your view of this married couple next-door neigbour?!
