Sleeper Replacement Programme only commenced back in Nov 2012 and was scheduled to be completed by 2019. However, after implementing machines, the replacement of the sleepers accelerated, the deadline has now moved forward to 2016!

but 2016 finishing leh.. SMRT u finish replace or not ... faster lah dey ...
