An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

Six people have been injured after a bus slammed into a wall beneath a Sydney train station.

It was just after 7:15am when the bus slammed into the bus interchange underneath Chatswood train station/

Of the 45 people on board, paramedics treated six people at the scene and five had to be taken the Royal North Shore Hospital with various injuries.

None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.

The woman who was driving the bus is now assisting officers from the North Shore Local Area Command with their investigation and police are also asking witnesses to contact CrimeStoppers.

Structural engineers and fire crews are also assessing damage to the wall.

Other buses are being diverted away from the east side of the bus interchange as the emergency develops.
