i would like to bring my gf parents to stay in Sg, expecially near Orchid.

may i know which hotel around Orchid area provide cheaper room rate ?

can anyone provide some info for me ?

-> location around Orchid, 2 MRT station nearby also OK.
-> room rate prefer below $80. of course cheaper better,
-> standard room type, not too lousy one la,
-> contact number, check in time plss...

my friend once told me Hotel Grand Centra cost $65 per nite, really so cheap, he said that rate is 1 year ago. really so ?
This Hotel just 10min walk from Sommershout Mrt ?

how abt Hotel Meridien ? cost ?

-> pls dun suggest Hotels in Geyland Area.

Yes bro banker u can heed bro nirvana advise..try strand hotel..call and ask them for the rate..is 10mins walk to mrt..meridien..forget it!!its expensive!!

Bro its 10mins walk to plaza spore..its at bencoolen street..10mins walk from dhoby ghaut mrt..u can call them for the rate or visit their website to make enquire..www.strandhotel.com.sg okie bro their phone num 6338 1866

Brother, i think there was a thread some months back about this too.

Anyway, there is a hotel/motel at Killiney road, called Lloyd's Inn .. Quite nice place, and quite cheap also. Surrounding the place is all the Apartments and condominiums. So it has a rather upper class feel.

You can try Hotel Supreme at Kramat Lane. Quite near Somerset MRT...
I noe Lloyd's iNn rate is below $100..If not when ur gf parents fly in.approach the "Airport counter" Hotel Rsvns Pte LtD-got to purchase $10 vchr,then tell them your budget,they will ring the hotel for you.Terminal 1&2 got 01 counter each, also at "Budget Terminal". Hope this helps!!!:)

Try Hotel Rendezvous near the junction of Cathay cinema, nice hotel and the last few times i went was $95....cheap but class enough...dont check the rates on internet, just call them...

Bro banker, your budget of $80 very difficult to find a hotel around Orchard area, or is it you meant US$80?

The only one that I can think of that suit your requirements is Lloyd's Inn near Somerset MRT. Standard room $75 nett.

RiverView Hotel also not bad. They just renovate recently.

Back of the hotel also happening at nite.
