Usually insurance won't pay if suicide is during 1st year of policy ...... but then again, may vary from different insurers/policies

checked with my insurance agent. He said Insurance company will not pay if they knows the customer has an intention to commit suicide before he purchase the policy. Moreover if bro calls in to ask, they will usually try not to comment too much his policy will be placed under watch list.

But if the policy has been in force for many years and he committed suicide, they will consider.

Looks like your insurance agent is really incompetent, time to change a new one. Even if you HAVE the intention of committing suicide, the insurance will still pay as long as the policy is more than 1 year old. That's is why the waiting period is set at a reasonable time of 1 year.

Yes, there are tons of cheaters out there but sometime, trust or not, up to you. My mum lend $5k to ex neighbour and that woman didn't pay back even she is still in Singapore. My mum even try to look for her but ended up nothing. :mad:

I also been poor till asking my so call best friend for $ help. Ask me this and that till I got fed up with her. TS started this thread mostly end of the road liao, which sometime happened to us.
