my kid is not feeling well today so took half day urgent leave and
pick her up at my parents' place. saw this guy loitering very
suspiciously (he keeps touching his kkj) near my parents' block and i quickly
went into the house and took out my bro's digicam.

then i caught him exposing his kkj and masturbating in front of any
lone female passer-by. at the same time, using his hand towel to cover
his mouth and nose area (to prevent his victims from recognising him).

caught him performing the lewd act at least twice. about maybe few
minutes later, a middle-aged man shouted at him and gave chase but
the pervert fled.

place: pasir ris block 14X but i think he may move to nearby blocks
1XX to 2XX

i think this dude copy and paste the orginal thread in $$$$$$$$$$$$. the owner ship of the photo and the threadstart in hwz is spyder, his nick is also mentioned in newspaper ( wang bao).
