The doctor of my heart.
Owning to our diet habits and the ever increasing pace of our lives,stroke and cardiac arrests are on the rise,unfortunately since we cannot slow ourselves down,identifying the ailments is as crucial a step as curing them.
therefore,knowing the difference would be the first step to recognizing the symptoms and take the necessary steps accordingly can save your lives.
1:Heart Attack.
Heart attack generally follow body aches-in neck,the back,abdomen,jaw and arms especially the left one.other identifying factors include shortness of breath and coughing,pain in the chest and anxiety.

Problem of circulation.
when oxygenated blood stops pumping into the heart,it leads to an attack.
one part of the muscle becomes devoid of any of that oxygenated blood leading it to die.time is crucial in this case and the heart doesn't stop beating.
2:Cardiac Arrest.
A complete blackout can identify it,pain in the chest,racing heartbeats,unconsciousness,painting and weakness.

An electrical issue.
cardiac arrest happens when chaos enters the heart's electrical system.the electrical system of the heart is responsible for the rhythmic beating of the heart which is why any irregularity in heartbeats can be arrest.it causes the heart to stop beating.
3:Stroke
Numbness paralysis of the face,arm or leg can be stroke coming your way.other factors are an inability to walk steadily,dizziness,headache,vomiting,excessive sweating,nausea,mental confusion and acting in a blur blur like sotong manner are one of the factors that can identify with strokes.

An issue of the brain.
There are 3 kinds of stroke
1.ischemic stroke-happen when an artery in the brain is blocked.
2.transient ischemic attack-it is also known as a "mini stroke" as it temporary causes the arterial blockage to the brain.
3.hemorrhagic stroke-happens when the actually ruptures inside the brain.
