Convince ISIS to surrender and cooperate against USA. Supply them arms, and make them follow Moscow's commands.
Use ISIS as the militancy beast to fight. They are blood drinking hard beasts. Very useful for Putin. 10000x more useful than PAP's Gurkhas. USA fear them like devils. This is what Putin needs.
When ISIS is under Moscow's wing, USA simly has no chance left, 150% game over finished. Imagine ISIS deploy by Putin and firing Russian missiles, n T-90, n KA-52 copters there's nothing Obama have to stop that!
