Should be minced pork meat if not wrong. I tried once in Singapore at Macpheron Road opposite Pines Industrial Building the coffee shop. Not sure the store still around.

I suggest you go Bangkok to eat this dish which will bring you the best taste. The restaurant can be Scala or any local Thai seafood restaurant may serve this Crab Vermicelli or Tang Hoon.

In Singapore, some restaurant serves this Crab Tang Hoon but you may not get the taste similar to Thailand.

The best crab tang hoon I ever ate is at Hua Seng Hong in BKK.......... Their steamed seabass in soy sauce oso a muz try!! :D Gum xia bro AhSoonNo1 for starting tis thread......... Up u my humble 2 pts :D

I do not suggest you travel to any specific restaurant to eat but you can always eat this dish anywhere in a restaurant.

You can eat this dish in some variety at Golden Mile Complex restaurants but somehow the taste lose out to those you can eat in Bangkok or anywhere in Thailand.

If Ximendingarea, famous one I only know of Ah Zong Mian Xian. In general their Lu Rou Fan (Braised meat rice) also not bad one. Especially the signboard got one mustache guy one. Think is Hu xu zhang lu rou fan.
