Maybe you can start off by, communicating with your gf to learn what makes her high and what not. then you could proceed by watching porn to learn about the various techniques and postions to sexually/sensually 'attack' her.

You could also start reading those stories in the forum to learn a trick or two.
My advice for you is try to get a FB to 'train' you as these sessions could cost (treat dinner/ drinks) less than spending on FLs for each session.
