An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
- 20,000 to 50,000 new citizens per year since 1995 X 20 years. 2015 = total 1 million foreign citizens
electorate = 2.4 million (locals 1.4m, foreigners 1m); ratio approx 60-40
- results 2011 60% vs 2015 70%. swing = 10%. base on above ratio, locals contributed 6% swing, foreigners 4%
- another way of breaking down the 10% by
gerry mandering 2%
foreign citizens 2%
local swing 2%
