Voted at 163 Simei Rd not too long ago.
Was surprised to see PAP candidate Ms Jessica Tan in white inside the polling area.
Took a photo but was immediately stopped by police officer.
He said he had notified election officer and showed me his message.
I complimented him. I had to erase the image.
I confirm that Ms Jessica left the area, actually immediately after I spotted her.

Maybe this ruling emboldens her to do what she does.
