An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
First they suspect WP town council got deficit and they refuse to allocate state funds to them!
Then they said WP town council got surplus and that surplus was transferred to sinking funds!
So WP town council got surplus or deficit? Which one???!??
Why can't they make up their mind?
Isn't this a Chee Bye Garmen trying to fuck us around?
