An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
Let's stop this crazy scheme once and for all. We r giving scholarships to foreign students to study in our schools and universities depriving our local Singaporeans kids of their place. Worse, after they graduate they r given jobs in Singapore depriving our workers of these jobs. And the worse part of it all, these 'so called' scholars r just mediocre, average standard only. Most of them after serving their bond will leave for greener pastures or return back to their home countries as 'kings and queens'. This is just so crazy! No other countries r like us, so generous!
