An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
All the gahment bodies from HDB to NTUC, u got all the call centres, the branches, the customer service so and so.. Etc. But service levels and deliverables sucks big time. Really tons and tons of inefficiency in the system.
