Best to first "down-size" your pic first.

Not only will it be a lot less hassle when up-loading, the picture will appear better. Too huge pictures makes it practically impossible to get proper perspective plus it screws up the whole page.

There are many free "Picture re-sizer" programs just by Googling -but do be careful of which one as many also have "tracking" etc virus in-built.
