This kind of situation occurred because these foreigners see local "no up" and the pappies as useless.
The pappies should kick out all these foreign rubbish from the island after court conviction, whether for jailable or non-jailable offences and all of them if they are serious about becoming law abiding residents will surely behave. Until then, the FTs will make this island their cowboy town.
