Hi everyone.. if the court order stated sole custody, care and controls all goes to one side..but other side can access to the children liberally..In this case i wish to know can he or she stop the ex spouse from bringing the children for outing/Or oversea etc.. For example like telling the ex spouse u can see children anytime but no bringing out or oversea.

If not wrong you still have access to your kids at
any time suitable.
But if you're going overseas it all depends on your ex.
If she's want to be difficult then you need to apply to
the courts for permission.

All moderate and reasonable request will get the
courts permission.

It's normally the ex who will be the obtrusive ones due
to the circumstances of what led to the divorce.
