Which Hotel81 branch, in your opinion is your favourite/best?

Greetings brudders!

I've tried the below-mentioned 3 before.

With reference to standard rooms and for transit sessions, which is your favourite/best?


Classic - Love the bathtubs which the other 2 don't have! Spacious!!

Fuji - Love the zen design, parquet flooring(the other 2 are so cold) and Sharp 20" LCD TV!

Lavender - Didn't like it at all. My room was really cramped and the janitor's room was just beside me! Could hear them chatting outside!:eek:

Which do you like(or dislike) and why?

Bencolen :D .. beside Stand Hotel. some rooms has bathtub...:p price is $30 instead of the normal $20... Parking is also good...under D building it self... more privacy... 7-11 is opps... if need to buy beer...

Hotel 81 at Geylang Lorong 18 is the best, cos the early check in time is at 0800hrs and check out the next day at 1300hrs, unlike other hotel standard check-in time is 1200hrs. :)

Hotel 81 at Geylang Lorong 8 (orchird)... the TV is hanging above the ceiling... like staying in the hospital watching TV.

The ones in JC hace no checkout time for a day stay, according to deskfront checkout is the time ya checkin plus 24 hrs...

Usually I prefer at Hotel 81 at Lor 18, cos i also work at Lor 18, usually bring my tirak there after my night shift ended :D

I like H81, sakura at JC.

Not because they have some extremely small rooms, not because they dun have bathtubs in some of them, not because there is not even a chair in some rooms, not because some beds are even on the floor, not because i cant get handphone reception at all.

It is because i dun have to walk too far with the viet girls i pick up along JC.

I like Sakura, perhaps i stay in the east but if comparing among east side Hotel 81, Sakura have the zen and woody feel. It all boils down to personal preferance lah.

Looking at one of the previous post, i think JC Hotel 81 really like no standard checkout time. Once i booked overnight but was told the checkout time was the next day, which is like more than 24hrs !

Gotta find out more of this though.

serious!!! wah lau...everytime, i check in about 11 pm plus by the time finish fooling around is at least 3am(factor in time to shower and watch tv and round 2), then the stupid reception always wakes me up at 12 to check out...nabei..

I think all 81's hotels have DVD player. What you need to do is request with the staff that you prefer to have a room with DVD player.

Got one Frangrance Hotel at Selegie Rd..... not bad either.... very discreet..... and some more brudders whom like outdoors after the motel sessions still can proceed to the small path behind ah....:cool:

I think most Hotel 81 check out timing latest is 1300hrs and have to pay extra for late check-out :mad:

All Fragrance Hotel at Geylang is 24hrs basis (check-in 0300hrs / check out 1500hrs) :D

H81 Cosy at Jiak Chuan rd (off Kong Siak st) is still the best... big room size, bath tub, & LCD TV. The area is also discreet. One of the best place for outcall massage.

hotel 81 hmm, chinatown $30 ex rooms small no so so,
hotel 81 Lavander good location near mrt room big toilet nice with DVD player LCD TV.
Hotel 81 Joo chiat not so good low floors, got rooms for diabilities big toilet for wheelchair people... no windows rooms average with lcd tv norm.
so hotel81 are quite good resonable priced and nicely comfortable. :)
