this is strange, Lee Kuan Yew died less than 100 days and now Singapore is a gracious society.

SINGAPORE — Despite a fall in the number of people directly receiving kind acts fell, more believe that Singapore is becoming a more gracious society, an annual study commissioned by the Singapore Kindness Movement shows.
