I was wondering any kind bro would share their secrets for better erection? For example any natural supplements or food taken to boost sex drive and erection power?

I've been experiencing a drop in sex drive and erection power of late.. Dunno is it coz due to me being in my mid thirties or too much sex for a guy of my age..only about twice a week! I used to have a 'marikita' when I wake up last time... but it seems to disappear recently.

Btw, I wonder does drinking beer often affects the sex drive?

stress can also affect...but to restore back your power....go back to the basic...your senses! That is see and touch...

drinking does not affect much...in fact for me, after drinking, is where the extra oomph comes from...

Thanks for the advice. I've been going for long jogs often, so I suspect my food intake or supplements deficiancy may be one of the causes. I heard a bro here mentioning salmon oil capsules too!

If you are taking drugs, especially those from Malaysia, please read this New Strait Times' report. We know most drugs come with side effects. In order to sell, some manufacturers claimed thier products are 100% herbal. But ask yourself, where is the proof. How we we know they didn;t add anything?

I was told that because real tongkat ali is expensive, some manufacturers in Malaysia who do not want to spend on genuine tongkat ali root stretch their products with cheap bootleg chemicals, mostly sildenafil and tadalafil. Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra.

Are you taking tongkat Ali? Check out the manufacturer now! If they do not see their product in Malaysia, be even more careful. Probably their products cannot pass the authority test, otherwise no reason not to sell in their home country. Bros, this is my opinion. I hope I didn't sabotagre any one. Beware of illegal sex stimulants, warns ministry
New Straits Times (Apr 11, 09:34 PM) PETALING JAYA, Sat.[/[/B]B] - The market for sex stimulants in Malaysia is thriving, judging by the millions of ringgit worth of unregistered stimulants seized over the years.
Datuk Che Mohd Zin Che Awang, director of the Health Ministry's Pharmaceutical Services Division, said most of the illegal drugs claimed they could improve men's sexual health and also be used for slimming.
His division seized almost RM15 million worth of unregistered drugs in the first two months of this year compared to RM7 million and RM4 million for the whole of 2003 and 2002, respectively.
Selangor topped the list with RM10.22 million in unregistered drugs confiscated, followed by Kuala Lumpur (RM488,440) and Kelantan (RM427,456).
Speaking at a Press conference, he said the increase in the amount confiscated this year was due to the division's campaign against unregistered drugs.
The Press conference was called to alert the public against buying "Shitek Tongkat Ali 400mg" and "Longeria Capsule", which have been found to be adulterated with tadalafil.
He said tadalafil, better known as Cialis, cannot be used as an ingredient in traditional medicines because uncontrolled consumption could be hazardous to health.
Similar to sildenafil (Viagra) and vardenafil (Levitra), Cialis is an anti-erectile dysfunction drug that is available by prescription only.
Nicknamed "All-weekender", it is claimed the drug helps the user to obtain a full erection in 16 minutes and maintain it for up to 36 hours.
Hailed as a breakthrough in anti-ED oral treatment, the drug does have a few side effects, namely, a mild headache or indigestion.
It also interacts with drugs taken by heart patients which contain nitrates and nitroglycerine, and therefore should not be prescribed to them.
Most of these illegal drugs are smuggled by air into the country, mainly from China and India.
"These drugs are easy to carry because they are small, light and can be hidden in bags or even pockets. Because of that, we will work more closely with Customs in monitoring the arrival of visitors from these two countries."
He said the "Shitek Tongkat Ali 400mg" and "Longeria Capsule" were manufactured locally and that legal action had been initiated against the companies involved.
It is believed these illegal drugs were marketed through direct selling companies as it was difficult to obtain them retail.
He called on those who have purchased these medicines to hand them to the authorities.
Under the 1984 Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations, individuals found distributing unauthorised drugs or medicine face a maximum of RM25,000 fine or three years jail for a first offence and a maximum of RM50,000 or five years jail for the second or subsequent offences.
A company found guilty can expect a maximum RM50,000 fine for the first offence and a maximum of RM100,000 fine for the second and subsequent offences.

Yesterday, I met one of my friends, and he was advising me about Tongkat Ali
from Indonesia. He told me that he has been using Tongkat Ali and over a period of 3 months, he did feel stronger and he recommended me to visit http://www.tongkatali.org and make my own decision. I am always very worry about the side effects when using drugs not approved by the authorities. So buying Tongkat Ali from an unknown source is another challenge - how safe can be it be from Medan? Moveover, it is very expensive. Much more expensive than Malaysia Tongkat Ali. I didn't dare buy it, even though the site was impressive.

The purpose of my contribution is to share my experience and the aim to seek help from senior bros, who have experience in this area to guide us through. It is possible that I am over reacting to using herbs and drugs, but I am happy to be corrected.

To all brothers, just been told by another source.

It is advisable to use this supplement with caution. My friend brought from Tongkat Ali Org, Medan and the bottle label indicate taking 4 capsules a day (1.2 gram)

However, another DR, advise not to take more than a gram a day is not advisable, and it should not be used continuously for more than a month before taking an equivalent amount of time off.

If the DR is right, it is irresponsible to get people to be overdose. Be careful.

At the end of the day, it is still having side effects.

erection endurance: less water consumption does the trick. (can drink all the water after the deed is done)

I have been using GNC MEGA MEN andwild oats but does not show any effect. So went to try libidus, can say quite effective in the beginning but you may feel thirsty after sex. Currently there are no stock available for libidus till early next week. For magix pill, will have to wait till next thursday before our supplier can be in s'pore. Any other recommendations?

Be careful. It is probably one of the side effects beside headache and blurr vision. At time, you get ache from the head down as I was told. Probably, you may need higher dosages as you go along. I understand you need to buy this on line as most sex shops no longer sell it. It is expensive investment.

Libudus claimed main ingredient is Tongkat Ali, but I was told that real Tongkat ali has been shown to raise testosterone, but doesn't give me the firm erection within an hour. How could Tongkat Ali gives such an effect? Since it is not approved for sale in Watso or Guardian, I think it is better to be careful for any drugs/herbs. It is better to buy any drugs (if you really have too) from reputable pharmacies in Singapore or Malaysia.

This is the common issue with Viagra users where they will need to increase the dosage as times goes by. Many users reported to have have increased from 25mg to 100mg within 6 months to maintain the result. I guess little could help if 100mg still dont works later.
