Dear TRS,
I just received this email that carries a 'verification link' and a warning of the possibility of my card being cancelled.
It carries the Visa logos and other credit card logos which look reasonably real.
Upon opening the link, the page actually asks for my credit card information, right down to my ID number and credit card's CVV2 pin.
I took a closer looks and realised it was another phishing scam.
Would like to warn the readers out there to look for such a dangerous mail, as some unsuspecting readers may fall for the warning and input their particulars just to have their credit cards duplicated and fraudulently misused.
Scammers are always thinking of new ways to make you fall for their tricks. Some issues to look for include the full URL of the websites you are linked to and the full email addresses.

They often use very long emails so that only the front part which looks more official is seen by you.
Usually real messages will already include your name and customer details as its on their internal databases. Not just "customer" or your email address.
Please be careful and warn others too!
