On that note, I believe it is right to suggest that during heavy peak period, an ERP (Electronic Reading Pricing) surcharge be implemented. This is so that serious readers can benefit from the lesser traffic and deter passing through readers from clogging up traffic.

I'm sure many have noticed that the response time has improved considerably even during peak hours.
