Pay scale is also determined by seniority, i.e. asst director, director, local partner or global partner, etc... Asst Director or Director "rough" "rough" should be pulling in about $180 - $230 (base salary) before bonuses.

Fully agree with you. I remember I used to work from 8am till 11pm Mon to Fri when I was a fresh engineer. Pay only $2500. Never fell sick. I thought my boss will appreciate my hard work. But come appraisal time, he chose to highlight all the mistakes I made. I got a $50 increment only. Only then I realized I had been made used of. :mad:
So, to all fresh engineering grads out there, if you want to 'chiong', make sure you got all your sum$$ right first.

Hi Bro, for Doctors they really need to have good,memory and too they work long day though their pay is veyr high. But responsibiity is higher.

As for Lawyer, too many of them cos lawyer just need memory and mouth, no skill at all. As long as there are too many supplies, meanin gthe course is easy as from normal distirubution graph, means they are in teh norma 50% protion.

Look at Bankers and traders and business man .. they are the top 5% in the normal distribution curve. Engineers are way below 50%.
