Hi everyone!

Not sure how this will turn out (previous threads didn't turn out well at all). Basically, I'm transiting to a different department soon, so kinda have plenty of free time this 2 months. :D

I'm 26 this year, local chinese guy, a working professional in the banking industry. My hobbies include basically anything related to sports; I keep myself in shape, is fit and lean. Average height.

So yup, here I am, hoping to make new friends and get my social life a little more together. I am looking to mix around and get to know more people, be it ladies or gentlemen, though let's be frank, ladies would be given priority queue. :P

We can go on lunch/dinner dates, movies, bowling, drinks, anything. I'm really pretty much up for anything. ;)

Side note: If anyone here happens to know/am a property agent, you can also PM me. I'm kinda exploring the idea of investing in a private property. Thanks.

brand new.

the plan is for investment, but might turn out to be my residential home; thus don't want resale.

Property market downturn now, so no hurry.

The sizes r shrinking for brand new though, now 3 bedder condo below 1000sqft :eek:

Yup, now downturn, so it's time to start searching. Not easy to find. Too many factors come into play, not just budget and location. :)

Yup, sizes are shrinking. Quite sian. My colleague just bought one in Tampines, wa lan eh, no space walk one!

No suitable partner, so may as well don't go.

Will probably be looking at a year-end trip, but probably with friends or alone. :)
