Stomper Kenji was incredibly annoyed when he saw that the public playground has been made 'special' -- by all the clothings hung on it to dry.
He said:
"Misuse of public facilities, really too much clothes to hang ?!"
This sight seems to be getting more common, check out the gallery below to see more instances of such unneighbourly behaviour.
