His name is Fazli, 22years old.
His brother is Fauzi, 25years old.
Two sibling with their dad living in a single room flat.
(Parents divorced with their mother living in another flat)
Last year November, Fauzi and Fazli got into a motorbike accident causing Fauzi to have half of his body temporary paralysis and went into a coma for two months(Woke up in mid Jan 2015) while Fazli went unhurt with just few bruises.
Their grandmother passed away shortly after while Fauzi was still in a coma. When he regained conscious, life was never the same. His physical and mental state was of a lower capability than what he used to have(Kid like).
Unable to work, Fazli and their dad both have to work to look after Fauzi. Just yesterday(25th March 2015), Fazli passed away and the cause of death is cardio respiratory failure pending investigation.
So here's what actually happened. Fazli ORD'ed last year as a store man in Pasir Labar Camp. He worked very hard in his new job(After ORD'ing) under a subcontractor company constructing on a new project for a well known media company at Portsdown road.
(Monday)He was in charge of directing the crane unloading from above holding a two ton steel platform. Right below, there is a China foreign worker which is also his colleague and sensing danger, he signaled him to move away. But there was a language barrier between them as the China guy knows only Chinese and Fazli speaks English/Malay. So a misunderstanding was created and together with 5 other chinaman which the chinaman have called for backup,They proceed to beat Fazli up with weapons. Police report has been lodged and so far 4 have been caught, 2 is still on the run. He was admitted to NUH and after all the necessary check up and scan, the doctor determined him as okay and discharge him with just three days medical leave along with some medications.
(Tuesday)He was resting at home and everything seems fine. Still can walk around.
(Wednesday)That is yesterday, his brother tried to wake him up but to no avail as he was already lying breathlessness on the bed with blood out from the side of his lips. Ambulance and tons of IO and SIO(Police) arrived and he was pronounced dead @1335Hours. His body was taken back to Mortuary and a Body examination concluded with him having a cardio respiratory failure pending further investigation
