Just heard from a Filippina friend that foreign workers checking into budget hotels are questioned, ic confiscated and reported to their employers. I was shown a whatsapp clip which apparently was posted as a warning on their forum.

Any bros know if this is true?

I don't know if this is true, but there was once I wanted to bring a girl on student pass to hotel. She told me not to bring her to budget hotels that need 2 I/c to check in.

She told me her friend was once informed and asked by the school on why she checked in to a budget hotel. I never knew such information is disseminated to schools by the authorities.

Any bro has recent experiences? I was told by another OFW today about the same thing...that many girls have been caught.

Why can't foreign worker hav sex??? They r human, they hav the urge and desire....... I don't think this is a crime

Do you hear the news from TV news? Seen it in the newspapers? Straits Times, Today, myPaper, The New Paper, Chinese newspapers??? If no then is fake! Do you know how much many power the police need to do all these?!

I don't think it is a crime but I think the problem is, they want to verify that such trips to hotels do not arise from public solicitation. But still, I think it is so wrong to make it known to employers when their foreign workers check in to hotels.
